Terms of Service

These terms of service govern every purchase from Buy Social Buzz. Placing an order means you have read and accepted them. They are written to be read: plain language, no traps, the same rules we hold ourselves to.

What you are buying

Buy Social Buzz sells social media promotion services: followers, likes, views, plays, members and similar engagement delivered to a public link you provide. Quantities, delivery pacing and any refill promise are described on each product page and depend on the option you select at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the link you submit is public, correct, and yours to promote. Orders cannot start on private accounts or broken links, and changing a username mid delivery interrupts the order. You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platform your account lives on.

Delivery and refills

Delivery normally starts within minutes and completes at the pace shown on the product page; larger orders spread naturally over days. Where a service carries a lifetime refill, counts that drop below the purchased quantity are topped up free after you contact support. Refills cover drops of what we delivered, not organic losses of your existing audience.

Refunds

If an order cannot be started, you receive a full refund. If an order partially completes and cannot be finished, the undelivered portion is refunded. Completed orders are refundable only where delivery clearly failed to match the product description. Refunds return to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Services may not be pointed at content that is illegal, hateful, or that targets a person or account you do not control. We may refuse or reverse any order at our discretion, with a refund, where we suspect misuse.

Liability and changes

Social platforms change their systems without notice; we promise our delivery, not the behavior of third party platforms. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
